Which LTB forms change on November 30, 2026?
Short answer: Ten forms: N5, N6, N8, N12, N13, L1, L2, L9, L10 and T5. The LTB released new versions on September 21, 2026 and will not accept the old versions as of November 30, 2026, so download fresh copies before you serve or file anything.
The forms themselves changed on September 21, 2026. November 30 is the end of the grace period: from then on, the LTB will not accept the previous versions.

What about the N4?
The N4 isn't on the November 30 list, but its rules changed on September 21, 2026: the notice period is now 7 days, not 14. See How many days is an N4 in 2026? or work out your date with the N4 date calculator.
